Sohvay provides a data collection platform that enables users to create forms or connect existing form platforms (such as Google Forms) and deploy them as interactive conversations on messaging channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. Our Services include form creation, channel integration, response collection, data export, and related analytics.
To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You agree not to use the Services to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications

License: You grant Sohvay a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your data collection practices comply with applicable privacy laws and that you have obtained necessary consents from respondents.
Backup: While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Google Forms, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. Sohvay is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Certain features of our Services may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by Sohvay, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written consent.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sohvay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
